What you'll find here
People come here to pray for health and recovery from illness. Smaller shrines around it share the theme: one for the throat, which kabuki actors are said to visit, one for long life, and one for legs and hips.
Look for the fox statues of a parent with its young, which are unusual. There is also the Yakuriki waterfall, where waterfall training is possible, and sacred water drawn from a hand-pumped well.
